If you want to clear the file list one time, just click Clear button.

2. Set parameters for target file

Then please click Setting button to open Setting button as illustrated in Figure 2. In this dialog box, you can make settings for the target file. If you want to convert PRN to Fax, the first thing you need to do in this dialog box is to set the output format as .tif in Convert to spin box so that the options in Set TIFF group box are activated. In Fax TIFF spin box, you can choose two size of Faxable TIFF according to your needs. When you use PRN to Fax Converter for Mac to create Fax, other parameters in Setting will not work. Then please click on OK button.

3.Run the conversion

Please input the output location in Output Path text box for the target file manually or click the side button to open a window from which you can choose the output location. Then please click Convert button to run the conversion from PRN to Fax.
