3.10.4 URL Specifications
When the
FS
entry in a file specification dictionary has the value
URL
, the value of
the
F
entry in that dictionary is not a file specification string, but a uniform
resource locator (URL) of the form defined in Internet RFC 1738,

Resource Locators
(see the Bibliography). Example 3.22 shows a URL
specification.
