First, click the button "Add SWF files" to add the flashes needed converting. Then if you need to remove some that you have added by mistake, simply hit them and then click the button "Remove", you can get wrong one out of the conversion list. Second, click the button "Option" to set the limitations for the converted gif files. Say if you need to adjust the size, set the replay time and frame rate, you can finish all of them in this menu label.

Last, click the button "Convert" to start the conversion. During the conversion, you can enjoy the flash as the conversion process status dialog will be shown together. In this step, you will be reminded to choose a folder to save the converted gif file. The conversion will last a few seconds then you can get the converted gif file in the chosen folder.
