Please see the main interface of Word to SWF Converter in Figure1. You can see there is a table list used to list all the Word documents needed converting. The button “Add files” on the right is used to add files into the list. The “Add folder” button is a useful button for adding all the Word files in one folder to the list. “Remove files” button is used to delete the file in the list. “Clear files” is for deleting all the files added by mistake. Finding all the Word files and dragging them into the application is considered as the most convenient way to add files. You can also right click in the list and to choose “Add files” option.

 

After adding files, please click "Setting" button to open "Option" window. Please see Figure2. There are eight sub menu labels in the Tab control. To convert Word to SWF, you just need to use "Basic Setting" Tab and "Image Setting" Tab. In "Basic Setting" Tab, you should choose the output format as ".SWF" in "Convert to" combo box. Don't forget to check the "Use MS Office for conversion" option box for the format SWF will not be supported if there is no MS Office in the system. According to your will, you can check any check box to make the conversion from Word to SWF convenient.

 

 

Then please click "OK" button to close "Option" window and click "Convert to Any and Save As" button in interface of Word to SWF Converter. The popup "Browse for Folder" dialog box will remind you to choose a directory for the new created flash files. After clicking "OK" button, the conversion will run itself.
