You can take six steps to print PDF at different printing qualities.
Step 1: Open VeryPDF PDF Batch Print GUI
Please choose either of the following ways to open VeryPDF PDF Batch Print GUI:

Step 2: Add PDF files
The simplest way to add the PDF files which you want to print only requires two steps: you can select the PDF files you want to print and then drag them all to the list box of the interface.
Step 3: Select a printer
Click "Printer Setting" on the interface to open the Print PDF dialog box. In the list box of the Print PDF dialog box, all the accessible Printer devices and the virtual printers in your computer are listed. > Select the proper printer device in the list box. > Press "Ok" to close the Print PDF dialog box.
Step 4: Select printing quality options
This step is essential for you to print PDF at different printing qualities.
Click on "Printer Setting" on the interface to open the Print PDF dialog box again. > Click on "Quality" in the Print PDF dialog box, the dialog box will become the one as below. Four options are provided to set printing quality. The first option "High" allows you to batch print PDF files in high quality. And the last option "Draft" can be used when the ink of the printer is about to run out. You can select one of the options and press "OK" to finish printing quality setting.
Step 5: Select other options.
As you can see in the Print PDF dialog box, there are four other tool buttons besides "Printer" and "Quality". The following will briefly introduce the functions of the other four buttons.
The "Orientation" button ----- For paper orientation setting and page range selection.
The "Tray" button ---- For tray selection. You can view the names and indexes of the trays of the selected printer. Information changes when the selected printer changes.
The "Scaling" button ---- For scaling PDF page. You can select a proper page size in the "Page size" combo box. The contents on the pull-down listing may be different if you change the printer.
The "Quality" button ---- For advanced printer settings.
Step 6: Start to print
Click on the "Start" button on the interface, and the selected printer device will begin to print PDF files in batch without delay. Meanwhile, you can view the process in the ribbon at the bottom of the interface.
