Step by Step to use the PDF2Word product

Step 1:

Please run "PDF2Word v1.6" application from "Start" menu, then you will see following picture,

Step 2:

Set some options for PDF To Word Conversion,
- select "File" ->"Preferences" menu item
- click "Character position" tab
- set the value of "Space between characters" to 10, the value 10 will generate the best RTF file, you can also set this value to 50 or 150 or others, and to see what will happen in the resultant RTF document.

Step 3:

Please drag and drop your PDF file from MS Windows Explorer to PDF2Word's Window, then this PDF file will be converted into RTF document automatically,

Step 4:

Please open this RTF document in MS Word application and save as to DOC format, this will make the resultant Word document smaller.
