I purchased your Encrypt PDF v2.3 in the hope of securing my PDF documents that have been stamped on every page (using your PDF Stamper). However, after running Encrypt PDF on a PDF document that has been stamped, I was able to open it using PDF Editor 3.0 (from http://www.XXXXXXX.com ), delete the stamp and resave the document without the stamped text. Maybe I didn’t do something right when I encrypted it but I did have only Allow PDF Printed checked. Can you help me so that any stamped text added to a PDF is secure after encryption?

PoemsTestDocStamped.pdf is the original PDF document with stamps on each page produced with VeryPDF Stamper v2.3.
PoemsTestDocEncryptedWithEncryptPDF128.pdf is the encrypted document produced with Encrypt PDF v2.3.
PoemsTestDocEncryptedWithEncryptPDF128EDITEDwithPDFEditor3.pdf is the encrypted document opened with PDF Editor v3.0 (from http://www.XXXXXXX.com ), stamps removed from p1 and then resaved as a clean PDF.
As you can see, the encryption did not prevent the stamps from being removed.

We have checked your PDF files, everything is fine in these PDF files, this problem seems caused by PDF Editor v3.0 (from http://www.XXXXXXX.com ), because XXXXXXX doesn’t respect to the security settings in input PDF file, we suggest you may contact to the XXXXXXX to ask them to respect security settings in PDF file.
You can also use EncryptPDF product to add open password to your PDF file, then nobody can open your PDF file if open password is unknown.
