I had downloaded your VeryPDF PDF2WORD v3.0 for a trial. Actually I am quite interested in your program with an intention to buy. But what I found are that the images
inside the original document were not exactly copied to the converted documents. Please see the attached image files.
image B1 is the copy of image A1,
image B2 is the copy of image A2,
image B3 is the copy of image A3.
Please advise me what steps I need to take in order to have the converted documents having the exact images as the original pdf files. If these can be overcome, I shall soon decide to buy. Thank you.

Just in case of my computer breakdown, I still can have a backup file to rely on.
(2) Yesterday I installed your trial version through the Softonic Downloader. It installed together with a Babylon toolbar on my IE. It causes me embarrassment as I am married with a jealous wife. She was mad to see that Babylon invites me to have girl mates. How can I get rid of Babylon and would that affect PDF2WORD performance?
