I have tried to convert a pdf file containing arabic UTF-8 characters using VeryPDF PDF2TXT v3.2\pdf2txt.exe with -unicode parameter but the text file doesn't contain any arabic character.

We've double checked your PDF file just now, your PDF file consists of some embedded fonts, the characters which render by embedded fonts cannot be copied out, you might open this PDF file in Adobe Reader, press CTRL+A, CTRL+C to copy all text contents, and press CTRL+V to paste them into notepad, you are going to discover that you can't duplicate out the readable text contents from this PDF file. Our PDF2TXT can't convert this PDF file to readable text file as well, make sure you realize this make any difference.
