After I print a document to docPrint printer, how can I save it to BMP image?

After you print an invoice ,  for instance, to VeryPDF docPrint printer, the document will normally be saved as a PDF file by default. So if you want to save the document to BMP image, you can do as follows:

1 After you click the printer icon in the window of the application you use to open the invoice,  you will see one of the Print dialog boxes as following”

    If the application is PDF, the Print dialog box would be:


If the application is MS Word, the Print dialog box would be:


If the application is MS OpenOffice. , the Print dialog box would be:


No matter which kind of Print dialog box you see, specify “Name” as “docPrint” and click “OK” to close the Print dialog box and start converting the document to PDF file. In seconds the docPrint dialogue box will pop out.

2 Click “File”>select “Save AS” in the docPrint dialog box to open the Save As box.


3 To save the document to BMP image,  you should

Select the save directory > specify the “Save as type” as “All File(*.*)” > type the name of the image with “BMP” as its file extension>click “Save” to close the Save As dialog box.


Here you can save the document as BMP image in your computer. Let’s view the effect of the BMP image converted from a invoice as illustrated below:
