How to add ellipse comment on current page in docPrint preview application?

When you use VeryPDF docPrint to add comment before you send the file to the printer, you can add ellipse comment, text comment, rectangle, and other forms of comment on the current page in the VeryPDF docPrint preview application. 1 Open the document you want to add ellipse comment, here I will take a Word document as an example.

2 Run VeryPDF docPrint

Press “Ctrl+P” >select “docPrint” as the printer in the “Name” combo box on the “Print” dialog box >press “OK” to open the “docPrint” dialog box, which is illustrated as following:

If you are careful enough, you might have noticed there was another dialog box titled “Option Setting” as illustrated below

If you don't want to add watermarks,  page number, select paper range, or scale page margins, you can leave it alone or close the “Option Settings” dialog box. 3 Open the “Annotated document” dialog box to add ellipse comment

3.1  Open the “Annotated document” dialog box

Click “File” on the tool bar of the “docPrint” dialog box >”Add comment on current page” to open the Open the “Annotated document” dialog box, which is illustrated as following:

3.2 Trigger the ellipse button on the “Annotated document” dialog box

As you can see, the comment buttons  marked by the red rectangle are grey, which means you have to trigger them before you use them.

Click the second button of all the buttons, then all the comment buttons will become in color. The last one of them is ellipse comment button.

3.3 Add ellipse comment on current page

Click the ellipse comment button, then with the left-key of the mouse down, draw an ellipse on the current page.

3.4 Modify the ellipse

If you want to make  the border of the  ellipse thicker, fill the ellipse of color, or change the color of the ellipse on current page, you can : right click the border of the ellipse>select “Delete” on the drop-down menu to delete the red ellipse or select “Properties’ to change the thickness of the border, change the color of the ellipse and fill the ellipse with color.
