Step1.Please press “Windows” + “R” to run the dialog showed in Figure1.Then input cmd in “open” edit box and click “OK” button.

You can also click start menu and click “run” in the menu to start the dialog showed in Figure1.Please see Figure2.

All operations above is to run cmd.exe dialog box.
Step2.Input command lines in cmd.exe dialog.The commands mainly contains called program,source file and target file.Please see Figure3.

The commands are "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\Google.mht" google.png
"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" is the path of called program—htmltools.exe which is the executable file in HTML Converter Command Line .
"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\Google.mht" is the path of source file—mhtml format file.
google.png is the name of target file—png format file.(NOTE:If you don’t name the target file,it will be converted to pdf file and saved in the same location with source file by default.But if you specify the directory of target file such as “C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\google.png”,it will be saved in the location you set).
Step3.After converting mhtml to png format,you can find the target file in current directory.Please see Figure4.Then you can view the file by some graphic program such as Photoshop,IrfanView,GSview,ect.
