How to print OpenOffice Impress to PDF file?

OpenOffice.org Impress, is a presentation program just similar to Microsoft PowerPoint.It is a part of the OpenOffice.org office suite and developed by Sun Microsystems. OpenOffice.org Impress is not only able to create PDF files from presentations, it is also can export presentations to SWF files which are allowed to be played on any computer with a Flash player installed. It is able to view, edit and save files in several file formats, including the .ppt format, which is used by Microsoft PowerPoint.

An advantage that Impress has over PowerPoint is that it is free software and can be downloaded at no cost.

In OpenOffice,you can create an impress just like creating a ppt file in MS office.

If you want to print the impress to pdf file,there are several tips you should follow by using the software PDFcamp Printer.

Tip1.Click “file”on the interface and click “print”in the dropdown list.

Tip2.You should select the printer as PDFcamp Printer in the “printer”extended combo box and set the parameter by clicking “properties”button.

Tip3.Click “print” to save and name the new pdf file.

After printing impress to pdf file,you can see a new pdf file like this.You can have a try and hope you can master it quickly.
