You can not care about the small dialog box,just do the following operations.Here are three ways to open “Save As” dialog box.

  • Click “File” and click “Save as” in dropdown list.
  • The icon image can also help you.
  • The hot key “Ctrl”+ “S” is a common way chosen by many people.

3.In “Save As” dialog box showed in Figure2,you can set the location for your target file in “Save in” combo box.There are many locations you can choose in your computer.Of course you can build up a new folder for the target file.Then you should edit the name for target file in “File name” edit box such as “111”, “222”,whatever.The most important part,you should choose the output format for your target file in “Save as type” combo box,here you should select “PS File” in the dropdown list.(NOTE:.PS is the suffix of postscript format file.)At last,you can click “Save” button.
