"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"   stands for the called program—htmltools.exe which is the executable file in HTML Converter Command Line.You can copy the path of htmltools.exe and right click your mouse in cmd.exe dialog box,which means pasting.For saving time,you can also drag the file you need into cmd.exe dialog box and the file will turn to its path automatically.

“www.verypdf.com  can be seen as source file.Actually,it is the URL of some webpage.

verypdf.txt  stands for the target file.It the name of target file and you can specify the directory of it here.

htmltools.exe “input.html” output.txt(.txt is the suffix of textual file)

You can find the textual file in current directory because you didn’t specify the path for target file in command line.
