How to convert images from one format to another such as dcm to jpg?

Some guy asked like this: “ I'm looking for your product which would convert images from one format to another such as jpg to dcm. It's not obvious to me which of the many on your products page is the right one.” If you have the same question, please read this article. I will take the converting from jpg to dcm for example.
