1.What is png format?

PNG is short for Portable Network Graphic format.The image file stored in PNG format like .GIF file, contains a bitmap of indexed colors under a lossless compression, but without copyright limitations.PNG format is commonly used to store graphics for Web images.

1.Run cmd.exe program.

You can use the “Windows”+ “R” combination to run cmd.exe dialog,or click “start”—“run” and input “cmd” in “open” edit box in the popup dialog box and click “OK” button.

2.Input command line in cmd.exe dialog box.

There should be a command line structure about converting url to png for your understanding.Please see the following one:

“htmltools.exe” www.verypdf.com output.png

htmltools.exe is the called program,which is the most important part in the conversion of url to png.

www.verypdf.com can be seen as source file.Because htmltools.exe will search for the webpage via Internet and download the information on it when you run the conversion.

verypdf.png  is the name of target file.If you don’t define the name of target file,the source file will be converted to pdf file automatically.

Step3.Find the target file.

Then you can find the target file in current directory after converting url to png.
