Step1.Run cmd.exe program

Step2.Input command line

–rotate value  stands for the rotation rectangle.The value can be set as 90,180 and 270.

“input.emf”  stands for the source file.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"  is the path of htmltools.exe which can be dragged into cmd.exe dialog box directly.

-rotate 270  is the rotation angle for the source file.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test0001.emf"  is the path of source file.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test.ps"  is the definition to the target file,including the path and name.If you don’t specify the path for target file,you will get the file in current directory.

Step3.Find the target file

The target file will be saved in specified directory which means the process of converting emf to ps is over.
