"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" -rotate 270 "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test0001.emf""C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test.tif"

-rotate 270  is the rotation angle of the source file which will rotate clockwise.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test0001.emf"  is the path of source file. You can also drag it into cmd.exe dialog box.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test.tif"  is the directory and name of target file which should be set by yourself. You’d better enclose the path with double quotes because the system will identify the path before the space and identify the rest part as the next directory.

Step3.Have the target browsed

You will find the target file in specified directory, please see Figure4.You can browse it with some viewer such as Photoshop,IrfanView,GSview,Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and so on.
