You can see HTML Converter Command Line is a zip file from the website. So please to unzip it into some location in your computer and you will see htmltools.exe framed in rectangle1,which is the executable file in the software and also the called program in the conversion of wmf to postscript.

The file framed in rectangle 2 in the second dialog named “wmf” is the source file which needs to be converted.

The third dialog box is a very important part in this conversion. It is cmd.exe program where you can input command line which contains called program, parameter, source file and target file. The command line in the dialog is the application of the following basic form:

htmltools.exe –rotate value “input.com” output.ps

NOTE: .ps is the extension name of postscript format file.

Let’s analyse the command line in cmd.exe dialog box.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" -rotate 90 "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\wmf\AN00932_.WMF" 01.ps

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"  is the path of htmltools.exe.You don’t have to input the long path letter by letter.Just drag the file into cmd.exe dialog and the file will turn to the path itself accurately. Please see arrow1.

-rotate 90 is the rotation angle of the page. You can set the value as 90,180 and 270.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\wmf\AN00932_.WMF"  is the path of source file.

01.ps  is the name of target file.Of course you can set the path for target file here and you’d better enclose the path and name with double quotes.

The last dialog box is the location of target file.In the command line of this example, there is no information about the directory of target file,so the file framed in rectangle 4 will be saved in current directory framed in rectangle 3.
