With the help the HTML Converter command line,you can convert emf to pdf files with many parameters set such as the page height.

In the first dialog box,you can see the software used in the conversion of emf to pdf,which is called HTML Converter command line.It allows you to create previews or thumbnails of web pages in a number of different formats, such as TIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PCX, TGA, JP2 (JPEG2000), PNM, etc. HTML Converter command line also allows you to convert web pages to PDF, PS (postscript), WMF, EMF vector formats.The file “htmltools.exe” in first dialog box is the executable file of HTML Converter command line.It is also the called program in this conversion.
You can download HTML Converter command line at https://www.verypdf.com/htmltools/htmltools.zip. But the file needs to be unzipped and registered before using.
The second dialog in Figure1 shows the progress of the conversion.You can see the command line.
"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" -height 50 "C:\Program Files\docPrint Pro v5.0\blank.emf" blank.pdf
"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" is the path of htmltools.exe.You can type the path in cmd.exe dialog box,but it seems too hard because the path is too long to remember.So you can drag the file into the dialog directly like the red arrow showed in Figure1.
-height 50 stands for the page height,which can be set according to different needs.
"C:\Program Files\docPrint Pro v5.0\blank.emf" is the path of source file.Of course,you can drag it into cmd.exe dialog box as well.
blank.pdf is the name of target file.If you don’t specify the directory for the target file,it will be saved in current directory automatically.
The third dialog is the location of target file.You can find the pdf file after being set page height.
