Who can help me convert this WMF image to PDF file by command line?

WMF stands for Windows Metafile Format. Metafile means that this file contains information that describes or specifies another file. WMF was introduced by Microsoft. It saves space already-built comparing with bitmaps especially when many bitmaps are used repeatedly by different components of the operating system or of an application. The WMF file was created for a 16-bit operating system. For 32-bit operating systems Microsoft developed an enhanced metafile format (EMF).   It often occur to us that we want to insert WMF file to an existed PDF file or convert  the WMF to PDF one then for the easy taking and printing. If you have the request on this aspect, please read this article.

I recommend you an software- Image2PDF v3.2 which can convert the image to PDF in a second. It also provide a command line version of Image2PDF (which allows you to manually issue commands or include them in scripts) as well as a CGI process which will allow, for example, a web site or intranet to convert TIFF or other image files to PDF on the fly. Image2PDF is perfect for high-volume document archive/database systems that require unattended batch image conversions (TIFF or other images) to PDF format.
