where

  1. the option -i is to specify a pdf filename or a directory for input,
  2. the option -o to specify the pdf file name for output,
  3. -S "linearize=true" refers to enable Fast Web View,
  4. -S "skip=true"  means skip existing PDF files instead of overwrite.
