How to convert documents of Microsoft Office PowerPoint to EPI?

EPI format file is compressed archive created by EclipsePackager2000 which is a program used for splitting and compressing files. EPI may contain a complete archive or a portion of a split archive. EPI files can be used to separate large files into smaller segments for distribution over the Internet, email, or other external media.

1. Run the printer driver.

You can use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to help you open the same dialog box too. But if docPrint is the default printer, it will be easy. Please right click the PPT document and click “Print” option to run docPrint directly without opening the document.

2. Open “Save As” dialog box.

The popup “docPrint” dialog box showed in Figure1 can show you a friendly and clear interface, in which you can see some function icons in the toolbar and a small dialog box named “Option Settings” on the right. If you want to convert ppt to epi only, you don’t need to care about them. Just use the following ways to open “Save As” dialog box. You can click “File”—“Save as” or use the icon which looks like a floppy disk in the toolbar. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “S” when you want to save files.

3. Save the target files.

Please see the “Save As” dialog box showed in Figure2, in which you should do the following operations to complete the whole conversion from ppt to epi. Please specify the path for target files in “Save in” combo box, name the target files in “File name” edit box. In “Save as type” combo box, you should choose the right format for output files from many selectable output formats. Click “Save” button to save all the changes you have made.

Then the conversion will run itself and it will not cost too much time. Maybe several seconds later, you can get the target files. Please browse them with some kind of image editing programs such as Photoshop.
