1. Run the printer driver.
You should open a word document and click “File” and click “Print” in the dropdown list to open “Print” dialog box. 2. Open “Save As” dialog box.

3. Save your target file
In “Save As” dialog box showed in Figure2, you can save your target file and run the conversion via the following four steps. First, you should choose a directory for the output file in “Save in” combo box. Second, please input the name for the target file in “File name” edit box. Third, you should select a right file format for the output file in “Save as type” combo box. If you want to convert word to fax format file, you should choose “FAX File(*.Fax)”. Last, please click “Save” button.
In a short while, you can get your target file in specified directory.
