How to convert MS Office PowerPoint documents of PPT to PGM?

  • Run the printer driver

Please run the printer driver first. You should open a PPT document and click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box in which you can choose “docPrint” as current printer in “Printer” combo box. Then click “Print” button to continue the work. If you want to use the hot key, please press “Ctrl”+ “P” on the keyboard at the same time.   • Open “Save As” dialog box

In popup “docPrint” dialog box, please see it in Figure1, you should try to open “Save As” dialog box in which you can make changes to the target files and run the conversion from ppt to pgm. The first way is to click “File” and click “Save as” in dropdown list. The second way is to use the icon image  in the toolbar. The third one is to press “Ctrl”+ “S” on the keyboard at the same time, which is a quick way.

  • Save the target files

You can save your target files in “Save As” dialog box which is showed in Figure2. There are four operations to be operated in this dialog box. The first is to choose a directory for the target files in “Save in” combo box. The second is to edit the name for the target files in “File name” edit box. The third one is to specify the file type for target files in “Save as type” combo box. The last one is to click “Save” button to save all the changes.

Then the conversion from ppt to pgm will run itself and you will obtain the target files in specified location several seconds later. Please browse the target files with some kind of image processing or editing program such as Photoshop, IrfanView, etc.
