How to convert MS Office PowerPoint documents of PPT to PIC?

PIC is a kind of bitmap image created by IBM Lotus or a variety of other applications. Please don’t confused .PIC format with the .PICT format. The following contents are the steps to convert ppt to pic.

Firstly, please open a PPT document and click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box. Then choose “docPrint” as current printer in “Printer” combo box and click “Print” button. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open “Print” dialog box. If docPrint is the default printer, please right click the PPT document and click “Print” option to directly run docPrint.

Secondly, in popup “docPrint” dialog box showed in Figure1, you are able to see many icons in the toolbar and a small dialog box named as “Option Settings” on the right. If you want to convert ppt to pic only without setting any parameters, please try to open “Save As” dialog box. You can click “File”—“Save as” or use the “Save File” icon in the toolbar. You can also press “Ctrl”+ “S” on the keyboard at the same time.

Thirdly, also the last step, you should make changes to the target files and save all the changes you have made in “Save As” dialog box. Please see the dialog box in Figure2. In “Save in” combo box, you should specify the path for the target files. In “File name” edit box, please input the name for the output files. In “Save as type” combo box, you are able to choose the file type of output files. Then click “Save” button to run the conversion from ppt to pic.

You can see a progress bar appear at the bottom of the docPrint dialog box. The progress bar will be empty again when the conversion is over. Then the conversion from ppt to pic will come to the end. If you have any questions about this application or this conversion, please leave messages.
