How to convert MS Office PowerPoint documents of ppt to ppm?

Please print the PPT document to docPrint to run the printer driver. You can open the PPT document and click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box in which you can choose the current printer as “docPrint” in “Printer” combo box. Then please click “Print” button. Of course, you can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open “Print” dialog box. If docPrint has been set as the default printer, please right click the PPT document and click “Print” option to run docPrint directly.

In the last dialog box of the conversion from ppt to ppm, the “Save As” dialog box, please follow the operations below to fulfill the conversion. Please see Figure2. Please choose the location for the target file in “Save in” combo box. Then input the name for the target files in “File name” edit box. You should select the right file type for the target files in “Save as type” combo box, then click “Save” button.
