How to convert MS Office Excel documents of XLS to PCL?

PCL is the digital printed document created in the Printer Command Language (PCL) page description language. The file describes the layout of text and graphics for the document. In fact, PCL was originally used by Hewlett-Packard printers in the 1980s and now used by HP LaserJet printers and others.   • You are able to see the “Save As” dialog box then. Please finish the following operations to complete the conversion from xls to pcl. There are four operations to be done. In “Save in” combo box, you should have the target file saved in some location of the computer by setting the path for it. In “File name” edit box, please input the name of the target file for easily finding the file on the computer after the conversion. Then please choose the right output format for the target file in “Save as type” combo box and click “Save” button.
