How to convert MS Office PowerPoint documents of PPT to PCL?

PCL format is digital printed document created in the Printer Command Language (PCL) page description language. It describes the layout of text and graphics for the document. PCL was originally used by Hewlett-Packard printers in the 1980s and now used by HP LaserJet printers and others

1 Run the printer driver.

You can click “File”—“Save as” to open “Save As” dialog box. (2). You can click the “Save File” button in the toolbar. (3). The hot key “Ctrl”+ “S” can also help you.

3 Save the target files.

In the popup “Save As” dialog box, please see it in Figure2, you should follow the operations below. (1). You should specify the location for the target files in “Save in” combo box. (2). Please input the name for the target files in “File name” edit box. (3). In “Save as type” combo box, please choose the right output format for the target files. (4). Click “Save” button to save all the changes.

In the end of the conversion from ppt to pcl, you will see a green progress bar at the bottom of docPrint interface. The progress bar will be empty again when the conversion is over and you can browse your target files in the specified location.
