2. Run the Windows command prompt
In Windows XP, for instance, you can run the Windows command prompt as follows: click Start, > click Run, > type cmd in the Run dialog box, > press Enter.
3. Type a command line and press Enter
When the Window command prompt window appears on the computer screen, please type a command line in it. According to the basic usage, doc2pdf [options] <-i Document Files> [-o Output], you can type a command line as the following example: “C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe” -i C:\in.xls -o D:\out.ps
“C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe” represents the executable file. The path is enclosed by a pair of quotation marks because it has spaces in it. C:\in.xls represents the input file, and D:\out.ps represents the output file. Make sure use the mark –i before the path of the input file and the mark –o after the output file.
If you want to convert multiple Excel to PS in batch, you should use the combination of * and file extension to represent all files in one folder, for example, “C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe” -i C:\*.xls -o D:\*.ps. After you type a command line, please press Enter.
