Before you use VeryPDF docPrint Pro, you need to open the command prompt window. I am a Windows XP user, so, I would like to show you how to open the command prompt window in Windows XP. First, please click Start. Second, click Run on the Start menu. Third, type cmd in the Run dialog box, and at last press Enter. Then, the command prompt window will appear on the desktop.

The second step is to type a command line. Just follow the basic usage, refer to the examples as below, and type a command line to meet your requirements.

Basic usage:     doc2pdf [options] <-i Document Files> [-o Output]

Notes: the square brackets [] enclose options, and the angle brackets <> enclose essential contents. -i stands for input and -o stands for output.

Examples:

    1. “C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe” -i C:\in.xlsx -o D:\out.xps
    2. “C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe” -i C:\*.xlsx -o D:\*.xps

“C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe” is the path of the main executable file of VeryPDF docPrint Pro. The path is enclosed by quotation marks; there are spaces in the path. C:\*.xlsx represents all the Excel files in the format XLSX in the root folder on disk C. D:\*.xps means to export all the output files into the root folder on disk D.
