In this article, you will see how to convert document of html to avs with one application of Document Converter at first, then you will see the brief introduction to Document Converter in the end. The application to be used is the virtual printer application docPrint which is not only a Windows printer but also a document converter designed for converting any printable documents to various image formats.
Please download Document Converter at https://www.verypdf.com/artprint/docprint_pro_setup.exe and you should install it on your computer. You will see the virtual printer application docPrint in the printer list when you open the “Start” menu and click “Printers and Faxes”. 1. Please open the HTML document with some kind of browser such as IE, FireFox, Chrome and so on. In the window please click “File”—“Print” to open the “Print” dialog box. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open the same dialog box. The “Printer” combo box enables you to choose “docPrint” as current printer from several installed ones. Then please click on “OK” button.
If docPrint is the default printer, you just need to right click the HTML document and click “Print” option in the dropdown list to run docPrint directly, which is the most fast and convenient way.
2. To save the target file, you have to try to open the “Save As” dialog box through the popup “docPrint” main window. You can click “File”—“Save as”, which is the regular way or click the “Save File” button in the toolbar. The hot key “Ctrl”+ “S” is also a good idea to open the “Save As” dialog box, which is the quick way.
3. In the opened “Save As” dialog box which is shown in Figure1, you should do the following operations to complete the conversion from html to tga. Please specify the output directory in “Save in” combo box. Then input the name of the target file in “File name” edit box. In “Save as type” combo box, you should choose the right output format and at last, please click “Save” button.
