How to convert documents of HTML to PCD?

HTML is a kind of printable document and the PCD is a kind of image format. The first step is to run the printer driver. Please right click the HTM document and click “Print” option in the dropdown list to run docPrint directly if you have set it as the default printer. If not, please open the HTML document and click “File”—“Print” to open the “Print” dialog box in which you are able to set “docPrint” as the default printer in “Printer” combo box. Then click on “OK” button. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open the “Print” dialog box.

The second step is to open the “Save As” dialog box through the popup docPrint main window because in “Save As” dialog box, you can save the target file and make some changes to it. You can use one of the following ways to open the “Save As” dialog box: (1) Please click the “Save File” button which looks like a floppy disk. (2) Press “Ctrl”+ “S” at the same time on the keyboard. (3) Use the regular way—Clicking “File”—“Save as”.

The last step is to save the target file in “Save As” dialog box. Please finish the following operations. (1) Choose a suitable location for the target file in “Save in” combo box. (2) Give a good name to the target file in “File name” edit box. (3) Specify the output format for the target file in “Save as type” combo box. (4) Click “Save” button to save the target file. The green progress bar appears at the bottom of docPrint main window after you click on “Save” button enables you to know the conversion progress and when the conversion from html to pcd is over, it will disappear again.
