Then in the “Printer” combo box, please choose “docPrint” as current printer and click “Print” button to close the dialog box.
Step2—Open the “Save As” dialog box
The “docPrint” window will appear immediately, in which you should try to open the “Save As” dialog box. Here are three supplied methods for your reference. You can use the way 1—Click “File” and click “Save as” in the dropdown list or the way 2— Click the “Save File” button in the toolbar. Or use the way 3—Press “Ctrl”+ “S” on the keyboard at the same time.
Step3—Save the target file in “Save As” dialog box
In “Save As” dialog box, please follow these four operations. Firstly, you should have the target file saved in some location of your computer in “Save in” combo box. Secondly, please input the name for the target file in “File name” edit box. Thirdly, you should choose the right output format for the target file in “Save as type” combo box.
