The first step is to open MS-DOS interface for inputting the command line into it. You can use the hot key “Window”+ “R” to open “Run” dialog box in which you are able to input “cmd” in “Open” combo box and click “OK” button. If you want to use some other way, you can use the hot key “Window”+ “R” to open “Run” dialog box.
The second step is to input the command line in MS-DOS interface. Like the following template, the command line is made up of four parts: called program, parameter for setting PDF keywords, source file and target file.

–k “rtf to pdf” is the parameter for specifying the keyword of created PDF document as “rtf to pdf”.
–i C:\input.rtf is the path of source file.
–o C:\output.pdf is the path of target file.
