Only four steps will be enough if you want to convert your document of pdf to doc format file. The application you need to use is the product of VeryPDF—PDF to Word Converter which can also be called as PDF2Word. This GUI application has a clear and friendly interface which can be accepted and understood by most of people. It also supports command line using, which means if you like to use or are familiar with MS-DOS command line, you can call the application in MS-DOS interface.
PDF2Word supplies six kinds of reconstruction modes for you to exactly reconstruct all the contents in pdf document into doc format file, including images, texts, graphics, etc. With the application, you can also delete the image information in the target file. The application supports various kinds of languages in input pdf document.
If you want to use PDF2Word, you can try the evaluation version by downloading it at https://www.verypdf.com/pdf2word/pdf2word.exe. The installation process is easy, too. You just need to follow the installation wizard after you double click the setup file.
You can open the application by double clicking the application icon on your desktop. Then please open the pdf document. There are three ways for your choice.
- Directly drag the pdf document from its folder and drop it in the opened interface of PDF2Word.
- Click “File”—“Open” to open “Open PDF Files” dialog box in which you can select the pdf document to be converted.
- Use the shortcut key “Ctrl”+ “F” to open “Open PDF Files” dialog box.

You will see “Preference” dialog box at once, in which you are able to set parameters for the target file such as choosing reconstruction mode, setting page range for the input pdf document, zooming the output doc file, deleting pictures or graphics in the target file, etc. When you finish doing this step, you can click “OK” button to close the dialog box.
Then “Save as” dialog box where you are able to save pdf to doc will pop up and please see it in Figure 2. In “Save in” dropdown list, you can find the location for the target file. In “File name” edit box, you can input the name for the target file. In “Save as type” dropdown list, please choose the right output format and at last please click “Save” button to run the conversion from pdf to doc.
