The first step—Add pdf document into PDF to Excel Converter
Please see the user interface of the application in Figure 1. There is a file list for listing the pdf document. There are three ways for you to add pdf document intot the application. The first one is to click “Add File (s)” button below the file list. In the popup “PDF to Excel” dialog box, you can choose the pdf document from your computer. The second one is to right click the file list and click “Add Files” option in the floating item. The third one can be seen as the most convenient one. The second step—Set parameters for the target file
You can choose a suitable output option in “Output Options” group box. If you want to convert multiple pages of pdf document into one single sheet of excel file, please choose “A sheet contains all PDF pages” option. If you want to convert each pdf page to each excel sheet, please choose “One Sheet per page”. If you want to realize these two kinds of results, please choose “One Sheet per page and all pages”.
Then please choose the output format at “XLS” or “XLSX” format in “Output Formats” group box. In “Page Range” group box, you can choose to convert all pages of pdf document or several pages into the excel file. If the inputted pdf document is encrypted, you need to input its password in “PDF Password” edit box when converting pdf to excel.
The third step—Save pdf to excel
Please click “Convert” button and the dialog box “Save as” will pop up, in which you can choose the output location in “Save in” dropdown list, input the name for the target file in “File name” edit box. Then please click “Save” button. Please see the dialog box in Figure 2.

A progress bar will appear in the interface of PDF to Excel Converter after you click “Save” button and several seconds later, you will get the target file in the location that you have set.
