How to merge multiple PDF files to one PDF file?

The application VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge can be used to merge PDF files with easy operations. In this article, you will see how to use this powerful application to meet your requirements.

VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge is able to help those who have a lot of PDF files and don’t want to open them one by one or need to save the file for convenience. This GUI application supports drag and drop operations when you want to add PDF files into it.

Please download PDF Split-Merge and install it on your computer. By double clicking the application icon, VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge will be launched and then the interface of it like the one in Figure 1 will be shown on the screen.

In order to add PDF files into PDF Split-Merge, please click Add button to open file picker window in which PDF files can be chosen. Or you can directly drag and drop PDF files into file list of the application. When clicking the button View below Down, the selected PDF file can be viewed with default PDF viewer installed on your computer.

If you want to merge specified PDF pages, please click Pages column of the file list. Then input the page number like “2”, “3-5” or “1, 3-6, 8”. Please see it in Figure 1.

In Output file group box, please input the output path for merged PDF document in the edit box. Or you can click Browser button to choose an output location in popup window and define a name for the merged file.

At last, for merging PDF documents together, please click Run button. When the information Merge PDF files OK like the one shown in Figure 1 appears in box at the bottom of the interface, you can click View button beside Browser button to view the merged PDF document.

About buttons in Merge PDF files tab of VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge

Add: Add PDF documents into the application.
Remove: Remove selected PDF files from the application.
Up: Move the selected PDF file before the previous file.
Down: Move the selected PDF file after the next file.
View: View selected PDF file.

Browser: Choose output location for target file.
View: View created merged PDF file.

Options: The window Options will pop up when clicked and users can choose to retain bookmarks or retain AcroForms within merging processing.
Homepage: Link to the old homepage of PDF Split-Merge.
Run: Start to merge PDF files.
