Q: I have not purchased your software PDFprint . I am running a demo for a client to sell it to them along with our solution. It is strange that I can open a console using "Run as Administrator" and I can use this utility, however, it will not work inside my solution.
I have added the "Run as Administrator" check to the I now believe that this is a security issue. If my script runs under the actual Administrator account, it will work.I am now running into my server crashing when I run it. I will run parallel testing to see if this is my server or the utility. I have tried many times but I found that I could not make it work. Could you please help in this matter?

A:Thanks for your message, yes, you should run pdfprint.exe from administrator user account, because default SYSTEM user account hasn't network access ability, if you run pdfprint.exe from default SYSTEM user account, pdfprint.exe can't access to network printer at all.
