How to stamp PDF with text by command line?

In the commands:

pdfstamp.exe stands for the called program.
-PDF "example.pdf" is the path of input PDF document which needs to add stamp.
-o "14.pdf" is to specify the location for stamped PDF document.
-AT "verypdf.com Inc." is to edit the text stamp content.
-p7 is to specify the position of text stamp.
-fs48 is to edit the font size of stamp text.
-c165296 is to edit color of stamp text.
-mtb-100 is to move stamp to bottom by 100 points from current position.
