1. Launch the application
There are several ways for you to launch this application. There are two recommended methods for your choice below:
- Please double click the application icon.
- Open it through Start menu.
2. Add PDF document
In the opened application interface, please click Add PDF File (s) button to open file picker window in which you are able to add PDF document. In order to delete added PDF document, you can click Remove or Remove All button.
3. Set parameters
In Output Options group box, please check the option Original layout if you want to retain the layout of input PDF document. In addition, you are allowed to set the reconstruction mode in Reconstruction Mode group box. The application supports to extract specified page of PDF document to PowerPoint. In Page Range group box, you are freely to set the page range yourself. If the input PDF document in a password PDF, please input its open password in PDF Password edit box. Then please click Convert button to make the conversion. Please see the steps in next snapshot.
4. Set output location
In the popup Save as window, you need to set the output location, file name for created PowerPoint document. Then please click Save button to run the conversion.
