Usage: pdfprint.exe [options] [Options] <PDF Files>

  • When printing whole single PDF file to paper documents, please refer to the following command line template.
    pdfprint.exe -duplex 3 C:\input.pdf
Parameter -duplex can help you select duplex or double-sided printing for printers capable of duplex printing. And there are three values for you to choose:1 : simplex,   2 : horizontal,  3 : vertical
  • When you only need to print a few pages from thousands of pages PDF file, please refer to the following command line template.
  • pdfprint.exe -firstpage -1 -lastpage -1 C:\lastpage.pdf
-firstpage <int> :this parameter is an order to specify the first page to print, from 1 to max page
-lastpage <int>  :this parameter is an order to specify the last page to print, from 1 to max page

By those parameters, you can extract any page of PDF file to be printed. Say when you need to only print one page, you can specify that page either as first page and last page. As it is command line version software, you can do the printing job even if you are out of office. Then the printing job also can be done only on the condition you have a computer beside you.

Note: this parameter is invalid when you printing other file formats as input, like word, tiff and others. However, if you have virtual printers installed, by this software you can convert all the printable files to PDF file. Then you can use this function.
