Question: How do I get highlighted text to print as highlighted? On the screen it's highlighted but not when printed. I looked through preferences but couldn't find the answer. Is there a solution on VeryPDF?

Step 1. Free install PDF Editor.
- As this is GUI version software, when downloading finishes, there will be an exe file. Please install this software by double clicking the exe and following installation message.
- When installation finishes, there will be an icon on the desktop. Simply click it then you can launch this software. The following snapshot is from the software interface, please have a check.
Step 2. Highlight text and print PDF as highlighted from PDF reader.
- When highlight text, please click button Open to add PDF file to software interface. After loading, PDF file will be shown on software interface.
- Click button Edit Content to draw an area around the text where you need to highlight text. There will be red box around the text. Please right click the red box there will be dropdown list. There is an option named Properties, please click it then you will find menu box like I showed in above snapshot.
- Checking from the above snapshot, we can find that there is an option named Color, where you can any color to highlight text. Simply choose one of them highlight text color will be applied. Please click option More Color then you can find more colors which could be used to highlight text.
- When you finish setting, please click button File then Save as or Save to save the setting. If you like, please click button Print on the top toolbar then you can print highlighted PDF directly from here.
- If you would like to print highlighted PDF from other PDF reader, please choose Print option there. The highlighted effect also can be saved.
