How to reduce font size for text contents on PDF pages?

I'm trying to take the font size from 118% to 100%, but each time I adjust it, close and reopen it it's back to 118% I'm going to attach what I'm referring to. It needs to fit on the back side of a business card.

Thank you so much for any help you can give me.
