Online Cloud API for word to pdf conversion

Hi,

I’m very interested in your cloud api for Word Doc to PDF conversions.

I manage an educator job site that allows teachers to upload resumes and references. Right now, we only accept their resume in PDF format, but I would like to be able to accept MS word and convert to PDF.

Questions:

1) Can I http POST the doc to verypdf and have it returned back to my server as a stream instead of a url? I’d really prefer it not be exposed to the world.

2) The document conversions I’ve seen had some font conversion issues. Does verypdf have a lot of commonly used fonts for conversion?

3) Can the api be used over a secure socket layer (SSL)?

Thank you.
