We want to convert .doc files to PDF from a Windows Azure worker role. I can't find any information on your site that explains if it's possible to post a data stream to your server and then receive a data stream back of the converted stream. Can you confirm if this is possible and if so how? From what I can see it just looks like you have to manually post a file using a HTML form or have a file uploaded and then use that file URL to generate the document.

We have now supported using POST method to convert HTML contents or Word stream to PDF file now, you needn't pass a URL to VeryPDF Cloud API function, you can post the stream data to VeryPDF Cloud API directly, please look at following web page for more information,
