I can able to link that founded text location with some other hyperlink.
My output should be a PDF document as such original PDF with the newly added hyperlink on particular text.

Thanks for your message, "PDF to Text OCR Converter SDK for .NET package" is can only convert scanned PDF file to text file and searchable PDF file, it can't extract text location from scanned PDF file.
However, we have two solutions to you,
Solution 1:
You can use "PDF to Text OCR Converter SDK for .NET package" to convert scanned PDF file to searchable PDF file first, and then use "VeryPDF PDF Extract Tool Command Line" to extract text and positions from OCRed PDF file, then you can reuse text and positions easily.
