Can able to find text location from scanned PDF using OCR.
I can able to link that founded text location with some other hyperlink.
My output should be a PDF document as such original PDF with the newly added hyperlink on particular text.

Thanks for your message, "PDF to Text OCR Converter SDK for .NET package" is can only convert scanned PDF file to text file and searchable PDF file, it can't extract text location from scanned PDF file.

However, we have two solutions to you,

Solution 1:

You can use "PDF to Text OCR Converter SDK for .NET package" to convert scanned PDF file to searchable PDF file first, and then use "VeryPDF PDF Extract Tool Command Line" to extract text and positions from OCRed PDF file, then you can reuse text and positions easily. "VeryPDF PDF Extract Tool Command Line" can be downloaded from following web page,

https://www.verypdf.com/app/pdf-extract-tool/try-and-buy.html
https://www.verypdf.com/dl2.php/verypdf_pdf_extract_tool.zip

Solution 2:

We will develop a custom-build version of SDK to you, this SDK will finish following functions,

1. Using OCR technology to convert scanned PDF file to text contents with position for each word,
2. Return text and positions to your calling application, your application will call another function to add hyperlink to PDF page,
3. Save modified contents to a new PDF file, the new PDF layout will 100% same as original PDF file,

If you are interest in this solution, please feel free to let us know, we will provide a quotation for this solution to you shortly.
