VeryPDF image2pdf exe not working on IIS

Dear Very PDF Support Team,

We have purchased VeryPDF Product (image2PDF) of developer version and production version. Purchase order details are provided below.

We have downloaded the trial version and tried to configure on IIS but exe is not working as expected as it working on development environment.

We are able to configure Very PDF image2pdf exe on development environment but when we trying to run the exe after configured it on IIS server then exe is not working.

Is there any setting or permissions we need to provide in IIS to run the image2pdf exe? Please provide the feedback in depth, steps will be helpful.

Additionally, the application is available on following location:
Code Path: - C:\Documents and Settings\1581\My Documents\visual studio 2010\Projects\WebApplication1

This problem is caused by permission problem, the default IIS user account hasn't "execute" permission.

We suggest you may use "VeryPDFComRunCmd COM Component" to call img2pdf.exe from IIS application, please look at following web pages for more information,

If you still can't get it work, you may create a remote desktop account on your test machine, send to us the user name and password, we will arrange our engineer to login your test machine and research this problem for you asap.
