We are looking for a custom PDF DRM solution to sell PDF newspapers and eBooks.
Below is an outline of what we are looking for:
1. Have a custom readers white labeled to us so we can name it as we prefer. The readers should be for :
a. Windows PC
b. Mac PC
c. iPhone and iPad
d. Android
e. Windows Tablets or Phones
2. The secure PDF’s should be able to open only with our reader and have all of the features you have listed here,

3. eCommerce capabilities should be possible on subscription based for newspapers and One-Off purchases for eBooks – perpetual licence.
4. Currently we use aMember http://www.amember.com/ as subscription management system and it has served us well so far. You could have your developers look at it and see how Verypdf can integrate with it for online subscription model viz. daily, weekly, monthly quareterly , half-yearly and
annual subscriptions.
5. For one-off mainly eBooks, you can explore https://woocommerce.com/ and advice on integration capabilities
6. The solution should enable single non-shareable download of the secure PDF file with automated processing and dispatch of activation keys to subscribers
7. The reader apps on the app stores should be subscribed to using our developer account.

VeryPDF DRM Software is just a software to add DRM options to existing PDF files, it hasn't eCommerce capabilities, however, you may implement eCommerce capabilities by yourself.
